Change of Mind

Choosing artwork is a deeply personal experience, and we encourage thoughtful selection.

Due to the unique nature of each piece, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on either prints or original artworks.

Custom Artwork Requests

For custom art commissions, we are excited to work with you to bring your vision to life.

Please note that once a custom project has started, we cannot offer refunds.

We encourage thorough discussions before beginning any custom piece to ensure we align on expectations.

Damaged Deliveries

In the rare case that your piece arrives damaged, please follow these steps for prompt resolution:

1. Take clear photographs of the entire package, showing any external damage.
   
2. Photograph the artwork itself, highlighting any damage.
   
3. Send the photos to contact@emmabreiart.com.au, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
   
4. Do not attempt to fix the damage — please leave it exactly as it arrives, as this will form part of our resolution and investigation.
   

Artwork Descriptions and Colour Variations

We provide photographs and detailed descriptions of each artwork to give you an accurate representation.

However, please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to differences in device displays.

Returns based on these variations cannot be accepted.

Lost Artwork

If your artwork does not arrive or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you in processing a refund or sending a replacement piece.

Natural Aging of Artworks

Like all fine art, our pieces are crafted to last, but they may naturally age and change over time.

This aging process is not grounds for a return.

If you have concerns about the care or preservation of your artwork, we are happy to offer advice to ensure it stays in beautiful condition.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, including original pieces and prints, is protected by copyright law.

The intellectual property rights to the artwork remain with the artist, Emma Brei Art.

Purchasers may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without explicit permission.

Original Artworks – Australia

All original artworks will be shipped within 1–2 weeks from the time of order, unless otherwise specified.

If you require your artwork urgently, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options.

Please note that rush orders will incur an additional fee.

Print Orders – Australia

All prints are made to order through our trusted partner company.

Dispatch times are as follows:

• Unstretched Prints: Approx. 1–2 weeks
  
• Stretched and Framed Prints: Approx. 2–3 weeks
  

Important: Shipping times may vary, especially during peak seasons (October–December).

Please consider this when placing your order, as shipping times during these months can be longer.

Note: All shipping times are provided as a guide. While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, Emma Brei Art cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

International Shipping – Original Artworks

If you’re outside of Australia and have fallen in love with an original artwork, we’d be happy to arrange international shipping!

International Shipping – Prints

For international print orders, the approximate dispatch times are:

• Unstretched Prints: Approx. 1–2 weeks
  
• Shipping Time: Typically between 15–27 days, depending on the destination (this can vary)
  

Important: Please note that the artist or shipping companies are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to your country.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any such charges.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging all artworks to ensure they arrive safely.

Original artworks are securely wrapped and shipped in protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Prints — whether stretched or unstretched — are also carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Sale prices are only valid on orders placed within the specified sale period.
