Change of Mind
Choosing artwork is a deeply personal experience, and we encourage thoughtful selection.
Due to the unique nature of each piece, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on either prints or original artworks.

Custom Artwork Requests
For custom art commissions, we are excited to work with you to bring your vision to life.
Please note that once a custom project has started, we cannot offer refunds.
We encourage thorough discussions before beginning any custom piece to ensure we align on expectations.
Damaged Deliveries
In the rare case that your piece arrives damaged, please follow these steps for prompt resolution:
- Take clear photographs of the entire package, showing any external damage.
- Photograph the artwork itself, highlighting any damage.
- Send the photos to contact@emmabreiart.com.au, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Do not attempt to fix the damage — please leave it exactly as it arrives, as this will form part of our resolution and investigation.
Artwork Descriptions and Colour Variations
We provide photographs and detailed descriptions of each artwork to give you an accurate representation.
However, please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to differences in device displays.
Returns based on these variations cannot be accepted.
Lost Artwork
If your artwork does not arrive or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist you in processing a refund or sending a replacement piece.
Natural Aging of Artworks
Like all fine art, our pieces are crafted to last, but they may naturally age and change over time.
This aging process is not grounds for a return.
If you have concerns about the care or preservation of your artwork, we are happy to offer advice to ensure it stays in beautiful condition.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, including original pieces and prints, is protected by copyright law.
The intellectual property rights to the artwork remain with the artist, Emma Brei Art.
Purchasers may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without explicit permission.
Care and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, we recommend following specific care instructions based on the medium.
